  2. How can I place an order? To place an order, simply browse our website, select the items you want, and follow the checkout process. Make sure to provide accurate shipping information.
  3. How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website to track your order in real-time.
  4. What payment methods do you accept? At this time, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta, Amazon and Shop. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
  5. Do you charge sales tax? Only items ordered from and shipped to the state of Nevada will be charged sales tax.
  6. What is your return policy? Our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Returns page for detailed instructions.

  8. How long does shipping take? Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the product selected and destination. Typically, orders will take 1-3 business days to be processed and 5-10 days for transit depending on the warehouse location. You will be provided an email with detailed shipping information once processed and shipped.
  9. Do you offer international shipping? No, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

  11. Can I modify or cancel my order? Once an order is placed, it enters processing immediately. Therefore, we recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing the purchase as once the order is in process, there may be a fee for cancellation. Alternatively, you can verify your email address or phone number along with the order number to view the order details. You can locate the order number in the receipt sent by email or phone.
