Refund policy

Refunds -
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@emjaybrands.com

Returns -

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us so we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to return eligible items after the date of the delivery.  Please review the following criteria for returns:

Timeframe -

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of calendar date of delivery. Items must be initiated during this timeframe to be eligible for refund or exchange. Items are only eligible if they are defective or damaged. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charge for change-of-mind returns.

Eligibility -

You may return the items within 30 days of receiving the order provided that they are undamaged and unopened, or otherwise unused with the original packaging. 

Process -

To start a return, you must contact us at info@emjaybrands.com. We will guide you through the return process and help provide return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note we will need to charge a 25% restocking fee on all returned orders to cover shipping, labor costs, etc. 

Cancellation -

Please get in touch with us immediately if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  If you wish to cancel an order that in process or has been shipped, the order may be subject to a 25% cancellation/restocking fee so contact info@emjaybrands.com if you have questions or concerns about a specific item before placing your order. 

Damages and Issues -

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  You can request a refund or reshipment within 7 days after you receive the item in these cases.

Exchanges
